Background

When Hiruma was ten years old, he snuck onto an American army base through a hole in a fence. When he was caught, he was given the choice of being arrested or taken to their head officer. Instead, Hiruma said they should treat him as a guest because he had black mail the head officer was having affairs. While living on the base, he acquired a massive arsenal of guns and often had one (if not miraculously twenty) on his person, hidden well from plain sight. After spending time on the base surrounded by soldiers and con-men, he picked playing Texas Hold 'Em and became a quick study in the fine art of earning fast cash.

His parents origins are unknown and if prodded about personal history, expect to never recieve the same answer twice. Hiruma's first instinct is to make up "bigger than life" stories. For whatever reasons, usually "business trips" and "unstable finances" being the most common lies used, Hiruma lived on his own in a business hotel for most of his youth. After finding out the contractors violated a few building laws, he blackmailed them and the decision to let him permanently reside there without fees was put into action.

Quick witted and possessing super intellect, he's a fast talker and a gambler believing everything is for the taking in life. Hiruma is the idea con artist - he lies, cheats, bullies and manipulates people to do his bidding; no task being too big or small. Intimidation plays a huge factor when it comes to social activities, baring his fangs alongside his million dollar schemes. His most potent weapon would be the "Devil's Handbook," which allows him to blackmail almost anyone into doing whatever he commands. Having spent most of his childhood on an army base, Hiruma became a great hacker, and an expert in surveillance technology and intelligence.

Far and in between, Hiruma's closest peers have commented his appearance and demeanor are tactical decisions, meant to surprise and distract. Posessing an almost non-existent soft spot well hidden from the world, that small speck of loyalty to his devoted friends has led him to do almost "heroic" deeds (considering the source). Of course, he would never hone up to it and you'd probably find yourself in a not-so-friendly confrontation. Underneath his tough exterior, he does show signs of human weakness, such as fatigue, feelings towards his fellow peers (such as worry), the ability to cry (even if hysterical laughter is connected) and lying for a good cause. Hiruma doesn't display "loyalty" to anyone, but does give his own version of praise when he believes someone deserves it - one swift kick to the ass and nothing more than a second glance over his shoulder, to see if they got the hint. He also affectionately gives people nicknames, obviously negative in nature, but no one has voiced complaints yet (probably due to fear of being blackmailed.)
